Email: misstarrah.rezdance@gmail.com

Tarrah started taking ballet and tumbling classes at the age of 3. She didn’t stay in dance long as her love grew more towards tumbling. At the age of 6 she joined a competitive cheer team where she could put her tumbling skills to good use while still being able to grow. Around her 7th year as a cheerleader she began assistant teaching for 3-8 year olds. After many years as a competitive cheerleader, she decided to tryout for her high school cheer team and leave competitive cheer. After graduating high school, she knew she wasn’t ready to be done with cheer so coached 3-16 year olds for almost two years. As her life started to take off she needed to put her love for tumbling and cheer on the back burner. In her time away, she married a God honoring man and they grew their family with two precious children. Tarrah just finished her Bachelor’s degree from WGU and is in the process of receiving her nutrition certificate. With being an athlete most of her life, she knows the importance of taking care of her body to be a strong and healthy athlete.
